Minimum Stay
There is a one (1) night minimum stay.

Prices
All prices are in US Dollars. Visa & MasterCard are accepted. Online credit card payments can be made via our safe, secure payment account.

Deposit
A 50% deposit plus 9% Belize Tax is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Refunds & Cancellations
A full refund will be given if your reservations are cancelled 60 days prior to your arrival. A 75% refund will be given if cancelled between 30 and 60 days of your arrival. No refund will be given if cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival, however, re-booking will be available within one (1) year of resevation.

Transportation
Transportation from the San Pedro airport or any of the water taxi piers is included. Local airline reservations can also be arranged.
